Oh, to be only half as wonderful as my child thought I was when he was small, and only half as stupid as my teenager now thinks I am.    ~ Rebecca Richards

Parenting can be a joy.

But, let's be honest, it can also be frustrating and exhausting.  It's 24/7, with no overtime or 401(k)'s.
But there are other amazing benefits! From birthday cakes to batting practice, stepping on Lego's in the middle of the night to watching your child walk across a graduation stage, the memories keep growing. The rewards of seeing your child grow to be healthy and happy, capable and confident, are terrific, and you are the one best person to make it happen!
The love we feel comes natural, but often the day to day guidance and discipline is where we need help. Some parents need a little, some need a lot. We hope you find something useful and try some of the different parenting information and advice offered through this site.  It's one step at a time. Thanks for caring enough to care.
